Passion

Something Py said had set me thinking. She said her passion was dance. She loves dancing and even preferred it over choir.

Well…I do not really know how to choose between the two CCAs. When I see the dance team practicing their dance or performing, it would set me green with envy. Their cool moves; their music; their grace; their popularity and the limelight they receive. *sigh I love to dance. Dancing is refreshing. It is always new, always different.

To the MJ dance team: You guys are cool! *cheers!

But hey! I love choir too. I love my ‘hiao’ friends. I cannot say I love all the practices but choir is my only escape from the hectic school life. Most of all, I love to sing too. It allows me to express myself, expressing my inner self.

Remembered You Si asking me: “What would you do when you are sad? Do you feel like dancing or singing?” He asked me the question when I was deciding on the CCA to join. Well…I made a choice and I would not say I had regretted my decision of choosing choir over dance but I feel that part of me wants to dance.

If it was not for dance audition during the first three months, I would not have known some of the coolest dancers in the dance team. Knew Py, Jirong and Sarnam through the auditions!
